H&S Training
We deliver structured Health & Safety (H&S) training programs tailored for offshore and marine operations. Our courses are designed to strengthen safety culture, ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and provide personnel with practical competencies for vessel, yard, and project environments. Training can be delivered on-site, onboard, or virtually, with competency verification and certification upon completion.
Core Offerings
OSHA 10-Hour General Industry (Maritime-Adapted)
- Audience: Entry-level and frontline personnel working in shipyards, terminals, offshore support bases, and marine operations.
- Focus: Fundamental hazard recognition, rights and responsibilities, and control measures.
- Topics include: Introduction to OSHA, walking-working surfaces, electrical safety, PPE, hazard communication (HAZCOM/GHS), materials handling, machine guarding, ergonomics, emergency action planning, and incident reporting.
- Outcome: OSHA 10 card (through authorized outreach trainers) and foundational safety competency suitable for onboarding.
OSHA 30-Hour General Industry (Maritime-Adapted)
- Audience: Supervisors, safety representatives, vessel officers, foremen, and HSE coordinators requiring a deeper understanding of OSHA requirements and risk controls.
- Focus: Advanced hazard identification, program management, and leadership responsibilities.
- Topics include: All OSHA 10 content plus process safety basics, lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space, hot work, industrial hygiene, respiratory protection, powered industrial trucks, fall protection, incident investigation, recordkeeping, and contractor management.
